We are currently seeking an accurate and technically skilled CNC Operator for our client in Eindhoven. You will independently set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality plastic components.

As a CNC Operator, you will work with advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. You will set and measure tools, check product quality, and ensure that each component meets the required specifications. Safety and accuracy are central to your work.
- Independently setting up and operating CNC machines to produce plastic components;
- Setting and measuring tools for 3-axis and 5-axis machines;
- Inspecting products and ensuring accurate finishing;
- Maintaining machines, tools, and equipment;
- Responding to production deviations and suggesting process improvements;
- Following safety guidelines and keeping the production process running efficiently.
You will join a motivated team with an informal working atmosphere, producing precision components for industries including semiconductors, packaging, and food.

- A gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,570, depending on your experience and skills;
- A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre for journeys of 10 kilometres or more;

What do we expect from you as a CNC Operator?
- Experience in CNC milling or turning, or willingness to develop these skills;

- The ability to set up machines independently and measure tools accurately.
