We are currently seeking a meticulous Assembly Employee for our client in Eindhoven. You will independently assemble cables, cable harnesses, and electrotechnical modules using technical drawings and work instructions.

As an Assembly Employee, you will be responsible for the assembly process from reviewing technical drawings to completing visual and electrical tests. You will work according to established procedures and carefully identify and correct any deviations.
- Independently assembling cables, cable harnesses, and electrotechnical modules;
- Following technical drawings, work instructions, and established procedures;
- Performing visual and electrical quality checks and correcting deviations;
- Working accurately with hand tools and measuring equipment;
- Taking care of tools and equipment and maintaining a tidy, organized workstation.

- A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,200, depending on your experience;

What do we expect from you as an Assembly Employee?
- A completed technical vocational qualification at MBO level 2 or relevant practical experience in precision assembly;
- The ability to read technical drawings;
- Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment is an advantage;
- An accurate, flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure;
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude towards your tools and workplace.
